That can be a very precarious thing to do. They are called bosses because that is what they do; they take care of the working environment. In my experience, if you tell a boss that things need to change, you most likely will be the one to 'change' jobs. In other words, you run the risk of being fired. On the other hand, if you are very diplomatic, and your boss is sympathetic, then there may be a slight chance that the change that you want to suggest may actually be implemented. Good luck!

It doesn't cost anything to get in. It just costs money to buy things. I suggest ordering something 24 hours ahead. (like a crumb cake or something.) When I went, I ordered a crumb cake and then, go to the men in the front of the line (the ones that work there) and tell them you ordered something. Then they will let you in and when in there, you can add extra things to your order.
how do I answer when my boss asks me what I need to improve on

Well...you'll have to tell us the name of the game, and then will tell you where the boss's room is.
The first thing to do is to tell him you accept the fact that they are gay and then tell them you are fine with it. Then you need to get them out there and do things with him, make sure he knows that this isn't going to change anything between you.
just tell them you dont feel comfortable with the things they say and you need them to stop because you cant be around someone like that.
Depends, did you call off one day? a week? Do you need to be out longer? You really don't need to tell them anything more than you need to be out for personal reasons. By law they can not ask you for details.
You need to tell us what change and where
