On most places and in the book it says wayward cave.....under the bike path is where it is. WAIT! its not the little cave entrance u see easily...theres 2 entrances. the 1 u need is DIRECTLY UNDER THE BIKE PATH! DIRECTLY! go under the path thing so u cant see ur charactor...(its at the end also) try going through...u might hit a wall...just keep trying around that sorta rock wall at the end under the path...go inside....there it is...Garchomp is very good...very very good! its worth ur time to catch and raise up....PS: don't teach it earthquake...save it for another Pokemon lik infernape....
PS: give garchomp razor claw and teach it shadow claw....its a very good combination...................
