Hold the reset button when your on the regular time mode, and press mode to turn off alarm. You should see the days of the week disappear.

First you will hear a medium-high pitched beep noise and then a quiet Fanfare note
I don't think you can turn off the video watch. It can sleep, but it wastes a lot of power.

Clicking on your seatbelt will turn off the seat belt reminder beep.
To DISABLE beep, you must unscrew and removed back plate of watch and place a piece of paper between back plate from coming in contact with battery. This will also disable alarm chime but will solve the annoying beeping sound. Hope this helps!

To turn off the alarm. Press the Start/Stop and Lap/Reset buttons at the same time (on my Body Gear watch, these two buttons are one the right-hand side of the watch). You will hear a beep and the alarm icon will no longer be displayed.
