Well we all know that it isn't the easiest trophy in the game, but if you keep practising you will get it.
To unlock the Hire Me trophy you have to beat the developer ghosts (yellow ghost) on all tracks (excluding DLC tracks) in all vehicles.
Next time you do Time Attack, the times you see in the middle are the times you have to beat for the trophy.
What I did on some of the difficult times was download one of the highest scores on that leaderboard and then follow that (blue) ghost. It really helps.
