Hit the "X" button on your DS *whatever opens the menu* and open your Bag, go over about 3 times *from the Items box* until it says "TMs & HMs" use the desired one on the Pokemon you want to use it on. *Example* If you had a Pikachu *Something electric* and a TM called "Thunderbolt", you would use it to the Pikachu. The TM has to be the same fighting type as the Pokemon you're using it on. Hope this helps =D

What is a Pokemon TM modifier for Action Replay?
A TM modifier is a code that will change a certain TM number to a different move that was not a TM. You use it for teaching moves to Pokemon that can't normally use that move.
