For Itachi, that is his regular Special Technique. If you are using Nunchuck version, you just press down on the Control Pad.
For Kakashi, I'm pretty sure it is down on the Nunchuck, and right Control Pad, at the same time. Kakashi might also have to be in Crisis mode (40% health or lower).
Sasuke does not have any Sharingan type that i am aware of in Revolution 3.

Well, there are 3 types of Sharingan in the Naruto Universe. There is the 1-3 tomoe seal of the regular Sharingan, Mangekyo Sharingan which is a much more advanced and evolved form of the Sharingan which takes on an appearance unique to it's owner, but is a double edged sword so to speak in the fact that once it's awakened it starts to slowly deteriorate the users eyesight enevitably blinding them from the astonishing strain it puts on their eyes.
