Go to the Radio Tower in Goldenrod City. At the desk on the first floor are three people and if you go to the woman to the right, she will ask you five questions. If you answer all the questions correctly (Yes, yes, no, yes, no, if I remember correctly) she will give you a radio card for your Poké Gear.

∙ 9y agoTo turn on the Radio of the Pokegear in Pokemon Crystal you need to complete a quiz in the Goldenrod Radio Tower. The reward is the Radio Card which unlocks the Radio function of the Pokegear.
