Greetings to relatives and friends. You are all invited to Freaks' funeral. I'm afraid that our worst nightmare became true. All of our lives were significantly impacted by Kevin's death, and we will all miss him terribly. You see, I was closest friends with Freak. I truly felt like an outsider and that I didn't belong anywhere before I met him. Now its time to cherish and protect him

Morquio syndrome, a rare type of dwarfism brought on by a metabolic disorder, was discovered to be the cause of Kevin's condition. I met Kevin when we were younger at a daycare, when I first saw him he had his iconic yellow hair and his crutches, for the first time, I didn't feel the need to beat him up, because of his crutches.
