A script for a talk show would list the host's name and the questions they are to ask. It would also mark the spots when the host should break for a commercial, or pause to allow the guest to speak.
From some info I have seen on the net it is anyway from $50,000-$500,000, with $150,000 being the most common. According to this source there are MANY FACTORS that can increase the price QUICKLY! Hope this helps!
he died I'm sorry, that's not true. Mr. Bowersock has not passed away. His contract was not renewed, he was not aware of that decision. He was let go from QVC in 2008. He currently is doing an infomercial for a counter top appliance. During this infomercial Bob mentions that he and his brother have written a cookbook for this product. However, I'm not sure if they had aything to do with the design/invention of this product
