How does Drifloon evolve in Pokemon Pearl?

Drifloon evolves at level 28.

To catch a drifloon you have to visit Valley Windworks. Go to there on a Friday and Drifloon will be waiting outside by the grass - you can already see it. It's a level 22 ghost-flying pokemon. The evolved form is Drifblim. (Valley Windworks can be found in a Pokemon Diamond game for the DS.)

Get it to level 24 give him the dusk stone and trade over to Pokemon Pearl (not diamond) and then trade him back and use him in the elite four once but don't let him fight the elite four and don't use the EXP share. and go to stark mountain and verse a trainer that has clothes on.

Use Rare Candies or level up the Drifloon to Level 32. When it hits 32, it will evolve into Drifblim.
