Well I don't really under stand but in moving on season 3 episode 26 Alex turns Harper into Juliet (Bridgit Mendoer) and he gets over her but in season 4 wizards vs everything she comes back

Well, Justin cant actually no win but he would probably give it up for juliet (his non vampire girlfriend) as Juliet is no longer a vampire after mason bit her and she lost her powers but then was returned to justin by the evil lord of the dark realm. Justin has a lower level compared to Alex and Max, but he can still win, and unless they allow juliet to marry him, he has to give up his powers, plus alex deserves it and alex is the true one to win. there are a couple reasons why.

after Juliet's and mason's fight, mason scratches Juliet, and Juliet bites mason. it has said that if a werewolf scratches a vampire, then it will reveal a vampire's real age. and if a vampire bites a werewolf, it would turn into a werewolf forever. and alex and Justin ends up losing Juliet and mason. :)
