How does breaking dawn part 2 end?

It ends on a massive cliff hanger because what happend before is Bella got pregnant and the baby was killing her so the cullens had to give her a c section so she wouldnt die but she sort of does. Jacob thinks she dies but she doesnt because Edward injects his venom into her heart and while this travels round her body Jacob inprints on bella's daughter who she called Reneseme. He was going to kill her but he looked into Reneseme's eyes and inprinted on her instead. In the end what happens is that Bella wakes up and her eyes are bright red.

I went to see this on the 19th of november at the cinema and when Bella woke up and her eyes were bright red everyone jumped it was funny but at the same time scary.

i honestly don't think you want to spoil the ending for yourself but if you really want to know then read the following. It was AWSOME. trust me.

In the end the Volturi almost went into war with the Cullen's and the Cullen army. It was so cool. Alice comes out after 'missing'. She found someone like Renesmee, a half human half vampire, and the Volturi realized there was no threat. One of the girls were killed. I wont say who but ill give you a hint. It was on of the two of Tanya's sister for making them come all the way for nothing and almost having world vampire war. The Cullen's live their life in piece now as one big happy family. Oh, and Bella has this power, a shield sort thing. She can block mental attacks by making an invisible shield. She used it to save them all from Jane and Alec. The Volturi was almost afraid of her. And she used it to show Edward how she truly feels, all the vauge times they shred. It was beatuifull. I couln't have read a better ending!!!!!!! Hope this helped.

As you know the 1st part of Twilight: Breaking Dawn Bella gets turned into a vampire. Well in the 2nd part she tries living her life as a vampire. She finds everyone blood attractive... She calls them singers. Singers are particular people who's blood attracts certain vampires she cant resist herself. FROM KILLING.I cant explain the whole thing in a few words but I KNOW the 2nd prat will be very inticing. READ THE BOOK...OR wait intill November 2012... FOR THE 2nd PART.
