Different storylines, different characters...
I know of some but they are for hindi, bangladeshi, or Indian soap operas one of them being bollyzone.tv and another being BD bangla.com, and the last being amarnatok.com. Some reasons for no websites containing free soap operas are 1) the people can make money 2) no one would be able get all the clips/part/episodes and 3) it might have to be a site that runs on donations by users so there's always the problem that there might not be enough soap opera enthusiasts to help or have the time to help.

Soap Operas are midday television dramas targeted to women. They are called "soap operas" because originally the shows were sponsored by soap and detergent companies like Proctor and Gamble, Colgate-palmolive, and Lever brothers. As housewives were the main audience, soap manufacturers were the main sponsors. The shows would be interspersed with commercials for laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, etc.
Traditionally, TV soap operas have reflected women in a rather derogatory way. Over time, as women have become stronger socially, politically, and economically, this depiction has adopted a more positive and realistic tone.

Really weird but my orchestra director told us how......back a long time ago(I don't know how long) when the shows we now call soap operas would play on television, the commercials would always be advertising a type of soap. So that's why people started calling them soap operas. By the way, I don't know how the word opera got there.
On soap operas, people are always making out or having sex & showing them half naked. when i was younger the most they showed was a peck of kiss. T.V. has changed a lot lately & not for the better. if my kids were still living with me i would not let them watch those shows.
Soap operas are known for their longevity because they have a dedicated audience that has invested in the ongoing storylines and characters. They often feature open-ended narratives that can be easily extended or adapted to keep the drama going. Additionally, soap operas have a cost-effective production model, with simple sets and a quick turnaround time, which allows them to produce episodes at a relatively low cost.

Prime time soaps refer to soap operas that air during the evening hours (typically 8-11 p.m.) when viewership is highest. Daytime soaps, on the other hand, are soap operas that air during the day (typically mid-morning and early afternoon). Both types of soaps feature dramatic storylines and character-driven plots.
