How human beings can live on the moon?

Well, depends which moon. The moon of Earth is full of magical substances that allow astronauts to thrive happily. Some even believe that the moon is made of cheese, and there is marijuana on the poles.

What the Moon does have is 14 days of uninterrupted sunshine each month, without weather or clouds. And the possibility of thousands of tons of Helium-3 trapped in the Lunar dust, which may be the perfect fuel for a first-generation fusion power plant. With enough electrical power, it is possible to do virtually ANYTHING, so the long-term prospects for a Lunar colony are quite good.

We will have to dig caverns, underground cities with our own greenhouses and farms. There may be water in ice in deep craters near the Moon's south polar region, but that's still a guess.

Well, for starters, they went in the lunar morning, when it hadn't warmed up yet. Remember, a lunar day is about 14 Earth days, so morning lasts a good long time!

Second, there is no air on the Moon, so the only things that get hot are physical objects like the astronauts and the lunar soil. The astronauts and their gear were white, to reflect the sun away. Other gear, like their camera, was polished metal, which did the same thing. Also, since vacuum is an insulator, it makes it harder for heat to travel.

Third, their backpacks contained a sort of "air conditioner" which extracted their body heat, transferred it to water, which was allowed to evaporate in the vacuum, carrying the heat away. Of course the astronauts could adjust the temperature to their liking.

Absolutely! Although since our habitats will probably be mostly underground, we'll probably refer to it as living IN the Moon.

We can't survive naked on the surface (but then, there are vast areas of the Earth where you can't survive naked) so we'll need to wear protective space suits on the surface. Our homes and caverns will be pressurized and perfectly suitable to our needs.
