How is Cressilia obtained in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl?

After u get the national dex, go into the house near the boat in canalave city. You'll find that the kid is sick and the sailor wants u to cure him. The sailor will bring u to full moon island, where you'll find cresselia. she'll flee from u. Once she leaves, pick up the item she left behind- the Lunar wing. Return to canalave and cure the kid with the lunar wing. Once you've done that, cresselia will be wandering sinnoh

Well, first when the salior's child gets a nightmare he asks you to go to full moon island. Then talk to cressilia then she leaves get the pokeball and leave. Then go to any short patch of grass with wild Pokemon in it. The use the poke rader and then sooner or later you will find cressilia a female level 50.

I already know that! I've followed her around and ran into her nine times already! I just cant capture her!!! Someone please tell me what i do to catch her!!! Pleas?!?!?!?!?

and then if you really want to then, you go to the veilstone team galactic headquaters, get past it and then beat Cyrus he will give you a master ball. use that to catch cressilia.

You find cressy(Cresselia) just like messprit but you just need the national dex or something like that and do her whole storyline(Like in Pokemon Diamond and pearl.) Than use the app MAKING MAP to find her. Cresselia will run away like messprit so be preapred.

cresseilla can be found in the fullmoon island you can get there after defeating the elite four.then get national dex.then go to canalave city and go to the house before the sailor and talk to the little boy then go to the sailor and he will take you to full moon island to get the lunar wing to cure his son cresseillia will be holfing the lunarwing when you see him he will run away and leave behind the lunar wing.you can catch cresseillia by the marking map
