How is Togepi obtained in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl?

I believe you go to eterna city and once you have battled the gym leader and won you give one of your Pokemon the hm "cut" and use it to get inside the galactic building and once you have beaten Jupiter get out and try to enter the cycle shop when you are almost there Cynthia will give you an egg but make sure you have space for it and the egg will hatch into togepi.
