because due to the smoke from the factory. The smoke from the factory it will make the monuments corrode by making a cloud and form acid and it cause corrosion.Because it is white marble and have many minerals so it can change its colour also by acid rain.
Their was the Mathura Oil Factory near the Taj and also the Highway, all the emmisions from the vehicles and the factory used to go up into the atmosphere and then the sulphur dioxide dissolves in water vapour forming Sulphuric Acid hence turning the Limestone(which is basically calcium carbonate) in to calcium Sulphate and hence the Taj was Turning yellow and also the rain would difigure the detail on the taj. Now their is a Green Zone near the Taj ie all automobiles running on fossil fuels are not allowed near the taj and the Mathura oil factory has been shut down. Now to get to the Taj u get 0 Emmision vehicles which will transport u from the edge of the green zone to the gate of the taj and vice versa. ALL THIS HAS BEEN DONE BY THE GOVERNMENT OF India.[thank u]
Some pollutant gases like carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides which react with the water molecules in the atmosphere to produce acids which cause acid rain. These gases are responsible to effect Taj Mahal.
Due to acid rain, formed because of increasing pollution in Delhi....
One effect of pollution on the Taj Mahal is the destabilization of its foundations. They need to be kept moist to keep it from subsiding since they are made of wood.
Pollution has begun to mar the walls of this monument.
The Taj Mahal has revealed less smoothe portions of its exterior, and even small pockmarks. Some areas have required restoration.
Pollutants in the air react with the stone of the Taj Mahal and are turning it more and more yellow day by day.
The white marble is turning yellow day by day. It has happened because of the smoke from nearby factories.
Whatever is your language, Taj Mahal shall be called as TAJ MAHAL only Hope this helps
Taj mahal is getting discoloured due to acid rain. Pollutants such as sulphur oxide and nitrogen oxide released by industries cause air pollution or acid rain. When this polluted air or an acid rain reacts with marble it causes the decolourisation of taj mahal
The Taj Mahal is in India and India is in Asia, so the Taj Mahal is in Asia.
The taj mahal is about 2555ft long
yes u can but u have to burn the ends by getting a lighter and burning the ends and it'll be the perfect Taj Mahal
avoid building of industries near it and stop global warming
It is very poor and they are going to renovate it
all tha people are throwing waste in the rivers besides taj mahal
Nitrogen and Sulphur gases such as NO2 and SO2 are affecting Taj Mahal in getting yellowish.
Mumtaz Mahal was not alive when the Taj Mahal was built. When she died, she was buried in the Taj Mahal.
