St. Bridget of Sweden doesn't have any special celebration. The primary reason for this is that St. Bridget is a Catholic saint, but Sweden, first, doesn't have a state religion, and second, the biggest of the various christian religions in Sweden is Lutheran. However, the Bridget order of the Swedish Lutheran church does gather at Vadstena chapter church every year at the 23rd of July.

A feast day is the day we celebrate the life of someone who has been recognized as a saint. In the Roman Catholic Church, days are assigned to certain saints. Many people celebrate the feast day of the saint after whom they were name. For example, someone named Nick might celebrate Dec. 6th, the feast day of St.Nicholas, as their own feast day, too.
