In Cinderella, the theme of the story is that you should treat people the way you would like to be treated and then more good comes out of it than evil. This is the theme because the two evil sisters and the wicked step-mother were really mean to her and when they went out they left poor Cinderella to wash the floor. But then in the end Cinderella gets to be the prince's princess and the others didn't get a sniff of it.
There has been at least ten different movies that have the Cinderella theme.
