Although Scarlett was married thrice in the novel, Rhett Butler (the previous) answer was not her first husband. Scarlett married Charles Hamilton on April 30th, 1861. Charles died within six weeks of their wedding leaving Scarlett pregnant with their son, Wade Hampton Hamilton. After the war Scarlett married Frank Kennedy and then soon after Frank's death she married Rhett Butler.
There are two infants in Gone with the Wind, Beaux and Bonnie. Beaux Wilkes is the only child, a son, of Ashley Wilkes and Melanie Hamilton (Hamilton-Wilkes).
