No you cannot get an Indian Passport, The Indian Government does not allow holding two passports... But, you can get OCI( Overseas Citizenship of India ) : if your parents / grandparents held Indian passport at anytime in their life they you should be able to get OCI. OCI is a life long Indian Visa Endorsed in your Passport and you also get a booklet which looks similar to Indian passport but it is technically not a passport. You will all the rights as any ordinary Indian citizen. Cheers! Sukhdeep.. Thanks - I was born in India so would my birth certificate qualify me (plus my wife and UK born child) for OCI?
you cant not for any amount of time... i believe the age at which you can leave a child home alone is 16 ...
Not necessarily, as long as you have proof the male has no intention on being a part of the child's life. Even then you can always get the last name changed.
It would be essentially the same as if the child were your own: it depends on the age of the child and if the child is responsible enough to be left unsupervised, and how long he or she will be unsupervised. It is generally, not recommended, though, to leave a child under the age of 11 years.
You can get a passport at any age in the U.S. In fact, if you are traveling abroad with a child, a passport is required for the child. If you are under age 18 when you get a passport, it is not valid for as long as a period as an adult's passport.
An adult's passport lasts for 10 years, whereas a child's passport lasts for 5.
10 years
As long as they are a "legal" guardian, because along with the passport are the contracts and legal documents required to be signed by an adult or a legal guardian.
Children under 15 can travel to Canada, using a birth certificate, as long as they are NOT flying. If flying, they would need a Passport.
The fee for a child under 3 years of age is $22, for a child 3 to 15 years of age, $37 and for a person over 16 years of age is $87. Every country sets their own standards as to how long the passport will be valid for and how much is costs to get one. Currently, Canada passports are valid for five years for adults and children over 3, for children under 3; the passport is valid for 3 years. Passports cannot be renewed.
In Spain, the passport is valid for three months after the length of stay. The passport must have been issued within the last 10 years.
I copied this table from the US government website:If you were ____ when the passport was issued Then your passport is valid for 16 or Older 10 Years 15 or Younger 5 Years
No. As long as you stay in the country, no passport is required, regardless of age. ID is required, but only after the age of 18.
Yes. My friends travelled to Europe with their 5 and 7 year old girls a few years ago and they needed passaports.
As long as everything else is okay, you can get a passport once your child support is current. You'll need to make sure that the court removes the order to stop you from getting a passport or you won't be able to, even if you've paid.
A rescue breath for a child should last 1 second.
