the Orly airport is 15 km south of Paris, the CDG airport 25 km north. The commute by car is at least one hour, supposing you get good traffic conditions (which is optimistic). If you are planning to switch planes, a two-hour driving time between the two airports is a safer bet. Or better still, check the route on the RATP website to use the local rail network (automatic metro to Antony, then RER throuh Paris to CDG 1 or CDG 2)
