Your state CPS undoubtedly has regulations covering this question. Refer to your individual state's agency as I'm certain that the rules differ from state-to-state.
No. Although when making a decision of partitioning property or deciding who should retain such, the judge also considers which parent is to retain primary custody of the child(ren).
It depends on why you have custody and who arranged it. You should visit the court that issued the custody order or guardianship and inquire there. It depends on why you have custody and who arranged it. The father must establish his paternity through the courts since he and the mother were not married. He can petition for full custody. He should consult with an attorney who specializes in custody issues. The mother's abandonment can certainly be used as evidence that the father should receive legal custody. He is providing the day to day care of the child. The father must establish his paternity through the courts since he and the mother were not married. He can petition for full custody. It really depends. I think that the mother and father should have full custody. I say this because the mother is doing this to get better, for the benefit of her kids. Some might argue that she should not have custody because why would she had to go to rehab in the first place. It really depends. I think that the mother and father should have full custody. I believe that the mother should get custody and she gives the father a schedule to be on.

That should be expressed in the custody orders.
Medical records should be kept for as long as required based on the type of record, and federal/state laws.
It's certainly easier to keep medical records on-site for active patients. There are no regulations, however, about where medical records must be kept as long as they are secure.
For as long as she is alive. However the records should be confidential between the girl and those medics directly treating her now and in the future; they are her property. The medical records should be available to inform medics regarding her past medical history when treating any medical conditions she may have later in life.
The qualifications of someone who is working with medical records such as a medical records technician should have an associate degree in health information technology. A certificate will then be obtained and need to be renewed as necessary.
Medical records are confidential. They should only be released after the patient has signed a release form.
It depends on where you are. Heres a list of how long different records should be kept. I think this is in the UK
