Yes. Two couples from The Bachelor/Bachelorette have gotten married.

Trista Rehn and Ryan Sutter were the first successful couple from The Bachelor. Trista was the final cast-off in the first season of The Bachelor, and she went on to become the first Bachelorette. At the end of The Bachelorette, she chose Ryan Sutter as the winner. Trista and Ryan were married on December 6, 2003. ABC reportedly paid the couple $1 million for the rights to air their wedding ceremony. They are still happily married, and have two children - Maxwell Ashton (born 2007) and Blakesley Grace (born 2009).

Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney also met on The Bachelor. However, Jason proposed to Melissa Rycroft, and rejected Molly on his season of The Bachelor. Jason quickly changed his mind, dumping Melissa on the 'After The Final Rose' special, and asking Molly if she would give him another chance. She did, and the couple married on February 27, 2010.
