It's history over many hundreds of years and it's place as one of the financial and trading centers of the world has drawn people of all races and religions. The UK has a liberal view of culture and religion so people are largely free to live and worship as they wish.

For those reasons London has encouraged people from all over the world to settle and there is freedom for people to embrace most lifestyles. The number of cultures and sub-cultures in London are countless and are likely to beat even the most extensive surveys of cultural groups.

It is impossible to answer this question because you would first have to define what a "culture" is... and that means different things to every person. You could even say that within every family is a different culture. The answer is that you can't know because there are too many people in the world.
