None of them. There's Abbeville, which is named after a town in Northern France, and of course New Orleans is named after Orléans, which is in the centre of France, but not the same name.
Paris is the capital of France. But France is more of EVERYTHING French, Paris is the renowned city. Like if I asked someone "Name one city or town in France" I'm betting that 90% of the time they'd say Paris because it's so renowned.
Guyana does not belong to France, it is an independent country. But French Guiana (not the same thing) on the other side of Suriname, is part of France. A confusing fact maybe the French name of the French Guiana, "la Guyane".
