∙ 13y agoThey said at the Wheel of Fortune site that they tape 5 episodes a day for 4 or 5 days. They then have three weeks off from the taping of new shows. You could call that 25 episodes at one time counting all the new shows taped during the week or you could say it was only 5. When Wheel of Fortune goes on locations like Las Vegas they record episodes for only 3 or 4 days and can spread each days recordings throughout the season.
