There is no restriction on the number of terms a Prime Minister can serve, or the duration of each term. A Prime Mimister remains in office for as long as his party is in power while he is its leader, regardless of how many elections occur during that time. It is quite common for Prime Ministers to win several electoral mandates during a term in office. Notably, Sir John A. Macdonald won four electoral mandates during his second term in office, and Sir Wilfred Laurier did the same during his term. Several Prime Ministers, including Sir John A. Macdonald and Sir William Lyon Mackenzie King, served multiple terms as a result of regaining power after having lost office. The most recent Prime Minister to do so was Pierre Trudeau.

Who was the Prime Minister of Canada in 2010?

Yes, the Prime Minister can be reelected as an MP any number of times, even if they are no longer prime minister following their reelection. If you mean 'reelected as Prime Minister', the Prime Minister is not directly elected to begin with. However, the term of a Prime Minister is indefinite, and a Prime Minister can be reappointed by the Governor General any number of times. The only limitation on a Prime Minister's term is that he/she must maintain the confidence of the House of Commons, and can be forced to resign through political pressure (or be dismissed by the Governor General, though this is rare) at any time.
