How much can you get for used ps2 games?

New PS2s cost $100 and used are worth far less. When you look at Ebay prices for the used PS2s the first thing you wonder is why some people pay so much more than others. But they do so you can get as much as someone will pay for it. GameStop sells used PS2s for $60 & $70 and I can't understand why anyone would pay that for a used machine even if it is called refurbished, but many do even though Gamestop also sell new machines for $100..

PS2 game prices vary with the title, condition and whether the manual and original case are in perfect condition. The price is also different depending on whether you sell them yourself or trade them in. Many titles have very little value because of high inventory and very little demand whether you try to sell them yourself or to trade them in. On Ebay many games go unsold even when the auction starts at .99. Other more popular games are in high demand and sell quickly. Gamestop sells some games for the PS2 at just below the new cost. Look at the Gamestop prices for an ideal whether your game is in demand. Gamestop will not give you there selling price for trade in. They are a business.

It depends on the model. If you have the most basic of all 40gb it would set for £200 If it was like mine a 950gb custom LED modded and painted. With several weeks worth of music and over 75 films stored on, I think mine would go for a few £1000

You can search each title on Amazon to determine what other used games with each title are priced to be sold for and the condition of the game and whether it includes the case and manual. Keep it mine that the prices will not remain the same and sometimes brand new games go on sale for less than what some people are asking for the used game. Many times with the used PS2 games the Shipping is the highest cost
