During the first season, each cast member made $22,500 per episode. In Season 2, the salaries were adjusted per person according to their part, but Courtney suggested that the cast all get the same pay. So in Season 3 they were each paid, $75,000, Season 4 $85,000, Season 5 $100,000, Season 6 $125,000, Season 7 and 8 $750,000, and Season 9 and 10 $1 million per episode. They all made lots of money and continue to do to syndication royalties.

∙ 13y agoInitially Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer made more than the others, $22,000 per episode. As the show got more popular the saleries increased until season three. The six actors stuck together and negotiated for equal saleries from the network. By the last season all six actors made 1 million per episode.
