It depends on the programme you're applying for... The sorbonne is divided in four universities (Paris 1, Paris III, Paris IV, Paris V) and many institutions/schools depending on those universities (CELSA, IAE...)

If you are a "first cycle" student, it means L1 to L3 according to the latest European standards, most of the programmes are almost free of charge because the universities are public in France. Most of Master's degree's (M1, M2) and PHDs are also almost free (500 € maximum in general in order to pay your social security) if you aim at studying in the "core"/historic part of the universities go and see directly their website.

However, fees can vary a lot if you study in some of the "depending institutions" as IAE (business school), CELSA (communication/marketing school), CCFS (civilization and french intensive courses, etc), Abu Dhabi campus, etc ... Those charge the fees they want so go and see directly their website, but it generally do not exceed 6000/8000 euros per year, they can excellent value for money because these institutions are sometimes very selective and reputated.
