I don't think there were any shops on the Titanic because only the first class would be able to afford the cost and I don't think anyone had the idea of shops on boats until much later in the future

no, there were no shops because it was a cruise liner intended for transportation passengers where most of them were relevant and wealthy/.

Theoretically, yes. The First Class barber shop on C deck also sold souvenirs to passengers. There is no space on the ship that was specifically designated as a gift shop, however.

Vessels did not have gift-shops in 1912. If one wanted things like playing cards, matches, or even plates, they were sold by barbers in the barber shops.
