It also highly depends on how well you are treating your Pokemon, and how high their levels are.

Also, I recommend going to the egg daycare place and riding your bike up and down the road. Egg hatches in about 1 minute of doing this.

That depends on the pokemon. The rare ones, pichu included I believe, are a lot harder to hatch than some. I recommend getting on your bike and do as much travelling as possible. You can just stay on your bike and ride in circles for a really long time! most take about 5 or 4 thousand but with eevee it takes LIKE 9,000! -.- im trying to hatch my 4th eevee right now so i should know ^_^

you can use that walkemeter thing that tracks your steps and walk 9000 steps or to cut that in half you bring in a Pokemon that has a flame body like macargo and it cut egg hatching time in half!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
