That depended on whether you were booked into 1st class, 2nd class, or 3rd class. A 1st class ticket might be as high as 260 pounds sterling (British currency). An average 3rd class ticket was 7 pounds sterling. HOWEVER- due to inflation, the 260 pounds TODAY would be about 22,000 pounds, and the 7 pounds would be ABOUT 604 pounds.
If you were to buy a ticket for the 3rd class on the RMS Titanic, you would be paying about $298 to $790.
The price for a single ticket for First Class passage aboard the Titanic was $4,700. In today's economy that would be equal to $50,000.
