How often are the daily quiz shows such as Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune recorded?

They are always recorded and never air live and do not record on some schedule. They must coordinate when they do the programs based on the availability of the studio, equipment, personnel, and a number of other factors. When they are not on site they generally shoot 3 weeks of programs at a time in whatever location they have chosen. Not all of the programs will air at the same time from the location shoots and sometimes a single week may be shown many months after it was recorded. At the studio they normally shoot 4 or 5 weeks of episodes over a week, and change the audiences at least once during each day's recordings of 5 episodes
