In the movie Orphan a couple adopts a 9 year old girl. The girl is not exactly who she says she is. She has a sickness that makes herself look young but she's actually 33 years old. She kills many epople even her adoptive father, and her adoptive's father son.

Esther isn't really a 9 year old girl! She is really a 33 year old woman that has a rare disease that makes her look like a child! She was from a mental facility but she escaped and disquised herself as a child and ran away to the orphanage so that she could get adopted. But the only reason she wants to get adopted is for the father of the family. So she tries to kill the rest of the family so she has the dad all to herself. I know, it's creepy!
