Actually she is 15 to 18 in the manga, Because at the end Kagome disappeared into the well after wishing that the Shinkon Jewl ( Jewl of four souls) to disappear forever then she coulden't come back after 3 years. K hope it helps!!!!

∙ 14y agoShe was at least 18 years old, since she returned to the Feudal Era after completing high school (a three year process that typically finishes sometime between February-April in Japan). However, because we're not told how much time has passed since Kagome first returned to the Feudal Era after her three year absence and when the narration indicated she was now living there and married to Inuyasha, it's possible she is at least 19 years old.
