Kisame does have a little disliking to itachi, but is friend. even itachi siad kisame was a good friend.Later on in naruto shippuden suigetsu finds a sword that belonged to zabuza, a swordsman who deid in naruto from team seven. Later on both kisame and suigetsu meet up, knowing that suigetsu still wants that sword of kisame.kisame isn't a tailed beast....that is correct.......but he is as powerful as a tailed beast........hence he is compared to a tailed beast and nick named as zero tailed beast.......... ----Gokz RokNope, he was not 4th hokage.
