this is not a yes or no situation, it comes w many factors and Indiana has no actual age, it all is the child. i agree with this if my child is twelve, but acts five, no, it would not even be considered an option.
Well honestly, i think its the age about 18+
I do not think that is something that is regulated by the laws. A good parent would be sure that a child was responsible enough to do that. IT is left to the parent's judgement but if it were me, I wouldn't allow any child under 15 to stay home alone and that would be ONLY in a time of actual need.
A child must be at least 8 years old to stay home alone in Georgia. At this age and in this state, they can babysit siblings as well.
I would say about 10... only if your kid knows what to do in emergency but if your child doesn't know I would say 12 would be another good age cause your child is older. You kid needs to know address and phone numbers in case of emergency. Your kid need to feel safe also in order to stay home alone.
A child must be at least 12 years old to stay home alone in Delaware. At this age, they can also babysit other children and siblings.

It depends on the child. Are they constantly wanting to stay home or do they have a real reason for wanting to stay home. You should allow them freedom to choose but the parent has the last say.
If you provide her permission, she can live where ever you want her to. It does not relieve you of your responsibilities.
i dont think they can get sick and they can stay home from school
Your child should stay home if they are sick and especially if they are contagious.

Yes, a child with croup should stay home from school to prevent the spread of infection and to allow for proper rest and recovery. Croup is often caused by a viral infection, and symptoms like a barking cough, stridor, and difficulty breathing can make it challenging for the child to participate in school activities. Additionally, keeping the child at home can help ensure they receive appropriate care and monitoring. Always consult a healthcare professional for specific guidance based on the child's condition.
Absolutely, yes. A biological parent is required to support their child even if they would rather choose to "stay at home" and not work for pay.Absolutely, yes. There are no laws that say how old a child should be to stay at home alone in New York. The recommended age is 13 to 18.
