Your actually taller than average 15 kid. The best way to grow the tallest height is to get a good restful sleep everyday. Make sure u get to bed early and make sure u get a deep sleep. You growth hormones are most active at night. If u fight your sleep to stay awake your body can't do it's job so get sleep. Also eat a variety of fruits and vegetables and drink milk. Get a good stretch in the morning and make sure you get exercise. Sleep on a comfortable soft sheet bed and make sure all your muscles are relaxed. If your 5"8 then your potential to grow can be in the 6" range. You got nothing to worry about. If u actually notice any other kids your age are either shorter or a little taller than you. You just have to avoid all the junk food and sweets. You can have some but don't eat candy everday if u know what I mean. Also try to not overeat and full yourself but don't eat to less either. A good amount to keep u going and ready to grow. The best result to early sleep is you also have beatiful skin and not in such a bad mood..
