Where is the wiper relay located on a nissan quest 2000
Maybe at www.rareparts.com Don't know for sure, but it's worth a try.
There's no starter relay on the 1992 nisssan sentra, but there is a ignition relay which controls the starter and this should be located somewhere in the engine compartment where the relay box is
I would not rule out the relay, most have dielectric grease inside that over time may cause the contacts to stick or prevent contact. The same may be true for the switch, there could be some gunk inside that when cold prevents good contact. Try a different or new relay to see if it gets better before tackling the switch. I'm brand new to this forum and it works a bit different than all the others I've tried so please forgive me if this is the wrong area or way to resond to this thread. I should have mentioned that I just bought and installed a new relay yesterday. It was a headlight relay because I figured it was the only relay that my manual even showed that might remotely be related to the problem. Is there some other relay I should be looking at? Also, is the switch you refer to the one in the steering colum? The only reason I didn't think to check that out is because when I turn the light switch on one click for the running lights and dash lights I can hear an audible click from somewhere under my dash that sounded like it was coming from one of the only 2 relays down there above my fuse box. The other relay is the heater relay. It sounds like a connection is trying to be made but because of what I assumed is a crack in the soldering within the relay that when the cab warms up enough it expands just enough to make contact. This has happened before on another vehichle of mine and was the popular consensus among my friends. Obviously I was wrong. I will take apart the switch on the colum in my turn signal arm as suggested this weekend and see what I can see. Any other suggestions? Thank You-Olias
Look under the hood. Along the left (passenger) side are two plastic boxes with fuses and relays that are labeled right on the exterior of each box. EDIT: The answer above is incorrect. Yes, there are fuses and relays under the hood, but the fuel pump relay in a 2000 V6 Nissan Xterra is under the dash, near the steering wheel.
yesit does, its inside the right front fender close to the headlight.
Yes it does, its inside the right front fender close to the headlight.
the fuel pump relay on a Nissan sunny in general is in the right side of the engine, from the front of the care, in a black case. also it says on the casing where it is located exactly. i believe it's the fourth. it's a blue relay.
The 1995 Nissan Pathfinder headlight relay switch is located on the firewall in the engine compartment. The headlamp relay switch will be on the drivers side of the firewall.
some people said is under the center console.
Under the Hood on the passenger side (look at the fender wall.
where is the headlight relay
It is located in the Southern part of Africa where Indians are.
On My 93 pickup it , you have to remove the battey and its is just inside the fender. Rick
If both headlights went out at the same time it could be a blown fuse or a failed headlight relay.
No headlight relay listed. The headlight circuit breaker is integral with the headlight switch.
Relay no. 5 (right hand top) inside white box located under nearside front headlight.
