It's rated PG for sequences of intense action and some scary images and brief mild language. But I, personnally don't agree with this rating. I don't think this movie is very 'intense' other than some mildly scary fire and action. Also, I've never heard a cuss word on here. This movie would be okay for anyone six and up.

How to Train Your Dragon 3D is rated PG (Parental Guidance) for mild peril and some coarse language (the word "Hell" is used a few times).
