How was Alison killed on Pretty Little Liars?

Okay, so Alison had a twin named Courtney who was mental and tried 2 take over Alisons life. So everyone believes Courtney when she sais shes Ali and no one believes the real Alison soo shes sent to the mental hospital that Courtneys supposed to be at. When Ali comes back from the hospital and the girls are having a sleep over she kills Courtney (fake ALISON) to get revenge. Soo Alison is still alive but her twins dead.

no she's not apparently the person that's dead is allison's twin sister and alison has gone to a mental institute or something like that sort, allison is the one that killed kourtney ( allison's twin sister ). she did it because kourtney was acting like her and stealing her life away from her so then at the end allison go's back home and tells her mom that it's really her, it's allison but her mom wouldn't believe her.

Alison dies because she was buried alive in her backyard and died due to starvation, and lack of breath, etc.
Alison DeLaurentis died by means of an explosion set by herself in her vacation house. She had been locked in a mental institution while her twin sister, Courtney, pretended to be her and lived her life. She was friends with the four girls in the series and was killed by the man building her parents gazebo.
