First of all the ice would melt and the penguins would be left to live on very hot rocks and since penguins for the most part need the cold they would swim to the north pole. Some will not make it if humans dont help and they might not even cope with the arctic life since its different. Basically the possibility of them going extinct is very high so take care of our planet so the south pole doesnt heat up :D
