Avon rescruits Sales Reps, they make a certain % based on their sales. All reps are independent contractors, they are not Avon employees but distributors of Avon products. They do offer much support to Avon reps, by providing free training in sales, starting a home-based business, and much more. There is always someone available to help. There are meeting for each district that a rep. can attend to see new products and share ideas. Now Avon also offers their reps. a web office and an on-line store for only a few bucks a months.
