How you catch the regirock?

In Pokemon emerald you go to pisifidalog (I'm sorry if I cant spell right) and surf left then you will fin a heavy current stay on the bottom current you will see a sort of a passage way after a while, DIVE then go out the exit and after a while you will find a passage way DIVE up then go to the the end of a chamber then use dig But you have to have relicanth in the 1st part of your party and Wailord At the 6th O.K. So after you use dig you you go to the end and read the brail then you will hear 3 Bings then you can get Regice Registeel and Regirock now.

you have to first open the gate which you do by: type in : how do you find regirock?

in wikianswers and it will tell you everything. You have to wait 2 hours before the door opens to get regice.

first o to the sealed chamber which is by pafaldic town ride the current and stay low until you get to a diveing spot dive go to a bunch of markings resurface go to the middle of the room use dig there will be an earthquake after this go to the desert and go down until you get to a bunch of rocks sourronding a suspisous landmark go in and read the braille in the middle then go 2 steps right and 2 steps down and use strength a door will open go in press regirock and preapare for battle. P.S: its lv.40 so bring 40 ultra balls belive me it cost me 40 balls just to capture it.

Go to Sootopolis. In the area around it(underwater) keep searching until you get a relincath. they are rare, so keep looking. get a wailord, and put the relincath at the front of your party, and wailord @the back. find the sealed chamber(in the currents between pacifidlog and slateport), read the braille, wait 4 the quake, and they're open!
