my guess is that it glitched for a moment but then turned normal again because catching someone Else'sPokemon can cause a glitch Well Actually doing that is a really big glitch. When that happens it usually confused the game for a while. You used AR so when a AR cheat goes wrong you always end up with a bad egg.
