The hardest Pokemon to find I would have to say is Arceus. Arceus is found at Spear Pillar but you would need an Azure Flute. One Pokemon will play a tune on the flute and some magical stairs lead above the Spear Pillar. (tip:Before you reach the top of the stairs save the game) then you will face Arceus. You will find him at level 7o. So get out your strong Pokemon. Then catch it with pokeballs in your bag. To get an Azure Flute get it from an Action Replay a mystary gift or beating the National Dex and bringing it to Proffessor Rowan. I hope that will help you on your journey.

Yes you can. It takes alot of work but u can get to it. First, you will need to complete the national pokedex and go to professor Rowan. He will give u the Azure Flute. Then go to Spear Pillar (where u got dialga/palkia) and one Pokemon in ur party will play a song on the flute. A magical staircase will appear going upward. Save your game on the steps. Then, keep going until ur at the top of the stairs. Their u will hear a roar and u will move forward and see arceus. u will immediatley battle him. He is a lvl.70 and his type depends on what item he is holding. For instance a bug plate he will be a bug type a phycic plate a phycic type and so on. It will be tricky but the is a good chance that if u keep using pokeballs for a few minutes u will catch him. Or if u have a masterball, that is the thing to use. I hope this helped u.
