PS2 is a console for playing games and some PC can use the PCSX2 emulator and there skillful computer knowledge to complete PS2 game title downloaded files using there PS2 bios that they also downloaded from a PS2. yes with the PS2 Bios and a PCSX2 emulator
I've asked this question too, but I didn't seem to get a responce (which really makes me frustrated!!!)All I know is that I think it should be displaying the PAL logo. I tried download one using eMule, but I didn't have much luck... well, I downloaded a ps2 bios displaying PAL and used that for the emulator, but all it can do so far is load up the ps2 menu. And that's it, it doesn't run my ps2 game (FF-X, incase you wish to know). My best answer I can give to you is, if you have one, dump the ps2 bios from your console and use that for the emulator... which is kinda complicated.
You could use an emulator to complete a PS2 game, but it is not playing the game like a PS2 console allows you to do and there are so many titles that do not play well. Really all you are doing is trying to turn your PC into a PS2 and you can only do that with a PS2 bios loaded into your PC. PS3 are not able to be played.
