Yes. But good luck getting anyone at the studio to read it-- and not for the reasons you may think.
Studios are paranoid about law suits re. creative material. By accepting your unsolicited script, the studio officially acknowledges that your script exists. And if anything in their commissioned script is similar to what you've written, the studio has opened itself up to you, the writer, suing them for using some element of your script in their film and not paying you. So the bottom line is they always have to send back unsolicited scripts unopened.

It is possible for studios to adapt fan fiction into official movie or television content, but there are legal and copyright issues that need to be addressed. The original fan fiction writer would need to give permission or the studio would need to acquire the rights to the story. Additionally, the studio may need to make changes to the fan fiction to align with their vision or to avoid potential copyright infringement.
You can try searching for the script on websites that offer scripts for popular movies and shows, such as Script Slug or IMSDb. Alternatively, you can try reaching out to the production company or studio behind the movie to see if they can provide you with a copy of the script.
